Terms.

We are makers of Wedding and Special Occasion shoes of the highest quality here in the UK, we do not import shoes, we design and manufacture them to a customers wants, ideas and order; we  have  years of  experience making shoes of which all are made here in England all of our shoes and boots are made to a good standard D fit; so if you order your right size they will fit no problems.
 All of  our shoes are made to a  customers instructions, therefore please do not order any shoes unless you intend to pay for them . Indeed  before we start to  make any shoes we will need payment in full. This can be  with a cheque or postal order; we are delivering in approx  21 days from initial order although we can do express orders which will incur additional  cost.

A lot of  sites allow people to send back their shoes because  they are stacked shelf high in containers and are so cheap. Unfortunately this has encouraged a lot of dishonest people ,some of which we have encountered lately to think they can just send any shoes back  because they don't like the colour or they have changed their mind or just wanted to try a pair on  !!.

Any shoes made to order from a persons own measurements have a no return policy ,so please don't order if you want to send any back on a whim please order elsewhere. This of course doesn't affect your rights re faulty shoes. Indeed  we can  accommodate you if a genuine mistake has been made or something  un-foreseen  happens we know this is your big day . We will gladly go out  of our way  to  make your day perfect and replace or make a fresh pair.

Any  pair of  shoes/boots delivered  is  made to the finest quality Silk or Satin and if any shoe  is found to be unfit for what it was designed for; they will be replaced or monies refunded  immediately with  honesty and good humour with  no  qualms whatsoever.
 
All shoes will be despatched by FIRST CLASS POST RECORDED DELIVERY OR A COURIER FOR MAJOR  ORDERS.

An administration charge of £5.00 will  be payable for any shoes replaced which are not faulty..
